Sebastian is passionate about leveraging data and connecting models. With over 7 years of expertise at ICIS, he currently serves as the Head of Power and Hydrogen Quant Analytics, where he leads a team of 10+ analysts focused on the development and operation of energy market models with a focus on power, carbon, and hydrogen.

Before joining ICIS, Sebastian has worked several years in energy trading and holds a PhD (Dr.-Ing.) from Technical University Munich focusing on Energy Economics and Operations Research. On a personal note, Sebastian is passionate about gardening, ski touring and crafting everything needed in his house and for his family.
