Hans serves as the Vice President of the Microsoft Startups team, leading a global organization focused on supporting startup founders to build faster, build better, and sell more with Microsoft. Hans also oversees the Microsoft Learn team, which creates and curates best-in-class technical documentation to educate and empower Microsoft customers. Previously, Hans was a partner at BCG, where he helped leading global corporations on digital transformation, innovation, and corporate venture building. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Luxe Valet before its acquisition by Volvo in 2017. Prior to that, he led game studios for top mobile and social publishers at Disney and Zynga, with multiple number one mobile games. Outside of work, Hans serves on the board of APIA Scholars, a national scholarship fund for Asian-Americans. He enjoys surfing and playing beach volleyball with his three children.
