She leads inclusive hiring strategies across Europe and Latin America, partnering with strategic stakeholders and diversity-focused organizations to attract and engage underrepresented talent. Lauren integrates data-driven insights with inclusive recruitment practices to drive measurable impact. She designs and delivers training programs, coaches hiring teams, and embeds equity into every stage of the recruitment process. Her journey into DEI began through active involvement in Munich Re’s DEI Council, leading to a dedicated secondment and her current leadership role.
