Alfredo Dos Santos is the Head of Partner Engineering for ISV EMEA at Google, where he leads the strategy, scaling, and innovation efforts that help independent software vendors (ISVs) accelerate growth on Google Cloud. With over three years in this role, Alfredo has built and executed a five-year plan that has significantly increased partner impact, productivity, and revenue across the region.

Under his leadership, the ISV Partner Engineering function has launched six global programs that fast-track ISV adoption in sales cycles, shortening time to value by nearly 50%. He has introduced AI and automation to scale engineering support, built high-performing teams across EMEA, and co-developed solution sales plays that support application modernization, cloud migration, and AI transformation.
