With over 29 years of IT experience, Karen is a Vice President within PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation organization. She leads a cross-functional team of experts to identify and enable the most strategic digital transformation opportunities across PepsiCo's value chain. She has a strong background in master data management, ERP implementation, software development, and digital program management. Karen is a servant leader who thrives on problem solving and business results. She delivers customer satisfaction by leveraging global partnerships to maximize the business value of PepsiCo's data and digital assets and products.

Karen's indelible mark is to ignite the art of the possible to inspire the next generation of female trailblazers. She is a proven people leader and talent developer, experienced with building diverse, high-performing teams. She has spent over 25 years at PepsiCo championing a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion as an advocate for the company’s employee resource groups. She currently leads PepsiCo’s Global Strategy & Transformation DE&I Council with a vision to proactively embed DE&I into our strategic priorities and ways of working to amplify the collective impact on business, people, and community objectives.

Karen is passionate about charitable causes including cancer research, hunger and poverty elimination, animal cruelty prevention, and providing clean water globally to those in need. She also sponsors 7 children through Compassion International in Kenya, Burkina Faso, Dominican Republic, Peru, El Salvador, and Indonesia. Karen operates from a center of faith and is an active member of the Acts Two Church in Plano, Texas.
