This South African with a background in Psychology and English Literature, has had a varied and interesting career that spans 3 continents and countless countries to work in every industry from sport, hospitality to civil engineering to bring all her lessons learned and apply her rapidly growing knowledge to her continuing education and joy for Data. Following an involuntary institutionalisation 2020, during her recovery period Jade was inspired to follow her passion for Data and did a Data Technician Bootcamp in 2022, after which she landed her first job in the field working as a Data Engineering Apprentice at StoneX in 2023. Her enthusiasm, drive and excitement for all things data, has driven her to take her unique perspective and apply her knowledge of people and communication to learn and grow within her role, and within the industry.
