Ricky Arora has over 25 years of experience specializing in processing, integrating and managing high volume, velocity SCADA data collected from sensors and equipment used to control industrial processes. SCADA data is integrated with other plant information management systems (PIMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to facilitate data sharing and integrated view for effective data science and analytics. Unified data breaks down silos to track trends in data, identify potential issues, optimize process parameters, and automation. Ricky holds master’s in software engineering and is working as the Manager of Performance Excellence and Analytics at the Metropolitan Council’s Environmental Services division in St. Paul, Minnesota.
