Senior Director, AI and Data Science Pfizer

Kate Ostbye is Senior Director of AI Innovation and Data Science at Pfizer, where she leads a team of data scientists and AI engineers to develop cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for Research and Development. She co-leads the local Pfizer Women’s Resource group (PWR), fostering a supportive community for women. Her work centers on improving patients’ lives through innovation and excellence in AI and data science. She earned a B.S. in English and Anthropology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and an M.P.H. in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
