Senior Manager Faculty

Kate Morgan-Baker is a Senior Manager at Faculty and works at the epicentre of AI, Insurance, and user-centric design. As a 15+ year Consultant and certified Design Thinking Facilitator, she helps C-suite and Senior Executives creatively unpack and tackle core business problems through the lens of both AI and human capability. Kate works primarily with financial institutions, helping them to develop and evolve their AI roadmaps in support of core business strategies. Educated in both America and the UK, she has worked in London since 2007, first as an Insurance Broker before spending many years at Accenture in both strategy and delivery roles. Kate joined Faculty to work with an established name at the forefront of AI delivery and to explore complex business challenges with some of the very best technical talent in the UK. In that role, she is tackling the existential question of how to shape the workforce of the future with AI at its core, without losing the humanity at its heart.
