We’re entering the era of Agentic Experience (AX)—where design, code, and language converge to shape not just what AI does with us, but what it does for us.

My background spans storytelling, design systems, and product strategy. But what drives me now is helping teams imagine what happens when language becomes the interface, outcomes replace buttons, and narrative patterns guide AI as much as design patterns do.

AX isn’t just about technical architecture. It’s about embedding human values, creativity, and inclusivity into autonomous systems so they amplify us, not override us.

This is the space I’m building in at Microsoft and beyond: crafting systems where empathy, clarity, and trust are not afterthoughts, but the source code.

Because in this new chapter, the future won’t be designed for users. It will be co-authored with users, with agents, and with us.
