Dr. Osborne is internationally known for his advanced work at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and business. He has established pioneering collaborations with leaders in industry, nonprofits, academics, and government. Together they have positively transformed healthcare through strategic collaboration and the latest technologies. Dr. Osborne received his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School and completed his clinical residency and fellowship at Harvard hospitals. He has been an advisor and mentor to other healthcare leaders for most of his career. He is Chief Medical Officer for Microsoft Federal and also Full Clinical Professor at Stanford (adjunct) in the Department of Neurosurgery.
