He leads the analytics and semantic engineering team within the centralized data and analytics function, bringing over 15 years of experience in data, analytics, and strategy across industries. A Hong Kong native, he holds a Master of Science in Analytics from Georgia Tech and is a credentialed actuary and a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with his wife and enjoys soccer, traveling, and investing.
