Sneha Varghese is a Senior Technical Staff Member and Data Scientist at IBM. She joined IBM as a software developer after earning a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New York University, and over 20 years has led technical teams, provided strategic directions, earned multiple patents, and is a member of the IBM Academy of Technology. She champions STEM for women and serves as Vice President of the Mid-Hudson Society of Women Engineers chapter, and also serves as Sunday school Director and enjoys music.
