Sam Naghshineh is a systems architect and serial founder whose work spans Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, and Broadcom. At Microsoft, Sam serves as GM of Engineering, leading Agent Observability initiatives. He has founded multiple ventures at the intersection of AI and infrastructure, including NinjaTech AI, which pioneered multi-agent reasoning frameworks for enterprise applications; Decasense, an AI platform bringing intelligence to city-scale camera networks; and Citadelica, a software-defined networking company focused on morphable network appliances. With deep experience across distributed compute, applied machine learning, and AI safety, Sam brings a systems-first perspective to how intelligence is built, deployed, and governed.
