Joey Cruz is a Principal Product Manager on the OneSOC team in Microsoft’s Security division, focusing on AI-driven initiatives for Security Operations Centers, including the Phishing Triage Agent. He previously contributed to Security Copilot and Entra ID CXE, and earlier served as a Site Reliability Engineer for Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and Lync. Before joining Microsoft, he was a United States Marine Corps Cyber Network Operator and Platoon Sergeant.
