Elli Ponomareva has a background in Cultural Anthropology and has conducted qualitative research in both academia and industry for about a decade. She worked as a UX Researcher at several companies before joining JetBrains in 2020, where she leads a team of Research Ambassadors who serve as dedicated research consultants and coordinators for their product teams. She helped create the Laboratory of User Research Methods and co-leads the related course workshops.
