Shawn Harris is the Senior Director of Enterprise Platform Services at Levi Strauss & Co., where he leads global initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, and data center services spanning 37 countries. Since joining LS&Co. in 2014, Shawn has held multiple leadership roles with responsibility for data center and cloud infrastructure, FinOps, Active Directory, DevOps tooling, and cloud budgets.

Prior to Levi Strauss & Co., Shawn served for 20 years in the U.S. Army, supporting mission-critical IT infrastructure across a range of operational environments. His extensive experience in both public and private sectors has equipped him with a unique perspective on scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms.

By harnessing artificial intelligence to optimize day-to-day cloud operations and FinOps, Shawn has driven a transformative shift in IT delivery at Levi Strauss & Co. His approach has enabled greater agility, cost transparency, and operational resilience across the enterprise.
