Pramila Padmanabhan is a Principal Product Management manager on the Microsoft Identity engineering team. As a part of the CXE team, she works closely with customers on their deployments of Microsoft Identity across the world to elevate their security posture and a key member of the strong authentication product development strategy team at Microsoft. Pramila has over 2 decades of industry experience and has been fortunate enough to hold diverse roles for global organizations, leading high impact dispersed teams. She leads and mentors with passion, guiding her team to effectively strengthen and achieve new heights. She is a vocal and active inclusivity champion and ally to all. Pramila relocated to the beautiful pacific northwest from India (just prior to the Covid 19 pandemic!) and has her love for fiction books to thank for retaining her sanity through prolonged isolated living in her new country of residency.
