Head of Advanced Analytics Esure

Raj Purkayastha is the Head of Advanced Analytics and Insight at Esure leading a team of Data Scientists and Analytical Engineers to use the latest techniques in ML and AI to uncover insight and inform strategy. She has worked on a range of problems related to pricing, operations and marketing, and most recently, part of the team delivering GenAI at scale. Originally trained as a battery scientist she switched to data science 7 years ago and has never looked back since, with stints at British Airways and Deloitte.
