Karishma has 20+ years’ experience across analytics, commercial and credit risk role at various organisations including Barclays, GE and Citigroup.
She joined D&G in May 2024 to set up the Strategic Analytics Team, leading D&G towards adapting data and insight driven strategies and supporting the business level transformation with data at the heart of it. She is a passionate promoter of women in the field of data and was recognised as a role model “Twenty in Data and Technology in UK” by Women in Data®.
