Tina Schuchman is VP of Engineering at Microsoft, where she leads the development of the Foundry agent platform, a foundational layer designed to empower developers to create transformative, agent-driven AI experiences. Her team’s mission: make building with AI agents as seamless, powerful, and scalable as developing traditional applications. Before joining Microsoft, Tina held roles at Atlassian, Meta, and Dropbox. She earned both her bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and her master’s in computer architecture from MIT.
