Miguel Dias is a software engineer with over five years of experience building and scaling systems for large companies, startups, and a nonprofit. In 2024, he led multiple Value Stream Mapping initiatives at Relex, a global SaaS company, spanning individual teams to an entire department, helping teams onboard customers faster and reduce disruptions. He is a thought leader in Value Stream Mapping and DevOps, actively engaged with the international community, and is launching his own consultancy in Berlin.
