SVP Senior Director, Data Engineering Fifth Third Bank

Ryan Kaplan is the Senior Director of Data Platforms and Data Software Engineering at Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati, Ohio. Since joining in 2020, he has overseen the data technology lifecycle and enterprise-wide implementation of more than 20 systems, driving data innovation and technology at the bank. Prior to Fifth Third, he led full-stack development teams and built scalable software solutions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology.
