Stephanie Comardelle serves as the Chief Experience Officer leading her division’s customer experience strategy and approach, ensuring brand and customer engagement, loyalty and retention by fostering a customer-centric approach to our products, delivery, customer case and commercial operations. She joined in 2024 from Celonis, where she was Senior Vice President of Global Renewals, Centers of Excellence and Digital Success. She has more than 25 years of experience across a variety of markets, with her last 15 years in customer-focused leadership roles.
Earlier in her career, Stephanie served in the United States Marine Corps where she gained a strong foundation in leadership and found her passion for working in a global environment. She is a graduate of Loyola University, New Orleans, where she received her MBA and a BA in Computer Information Systems.
