As CTO at Oakland, Andy Crossley leads from the front in helping some of the UK’s biggest organisations unlock the real value of their data. From Yorkshire Water to Vodafone, Andy has steered major accounts through the complexities of data quality, digital transformation, and turning untapped data into tangible business advantage.

With over two decades of experience, Andy is known for his ability to cut through noise and get straight to the heart of what matters: solving tricky data challenges, spotting opportunities to exploit data more effectively, and laying the essential foundations for transformation at scale.

Before joining Oakland, Andy was Director at Rockshore Limited, where he headed up the consulting team and delivered a wide range of technology and business change programmes. His early grounding in business management at Bradford University, combined with his role as a founding member of the Oakland Institute for Business Research and Education, reflects a career built on both rigorous thinking and hands-on delivery.
