Rob has over 30 years experience leading the delivery of AI solutions for customers in multiple industries and geographies delivering solutions for customers. Recently, he has led a number of watsonx engagements which focus on delivering generative AI solutions for Financial Institutions working in areas such as legal contracts and customer chatbots. One of Rob’s main interests is in developing best practices for deploying AI responsibly. Rob is a member of the advisory board and visiting lecturer for the MSc in Business Analytics at Loughborough University. Rob is a recognised Distinguished Data Scientist with the Open Group and a member of the European Technical Professionals Council with IBM
