Over 25 years’ experience of working in the financial industry, having worked at Accenture, Morgan Stanley, RBS, HSBC, and Lloyds Banking Group with the last 9 years spent in Data & Analytics. I led the Data Maturity programme at Lloyds prior to establishing and heading up the Data Culture Chapter within the Chief Data & Analytics Office. I recently joined the Police Digital Service as Head of Data Services where I am working with the National Police Data Board to define and develop a national Data Services Catalogue for policing.
