Arv Håkon Breistøl is the product lead for the Data & Analytics Platform at SpareBank1, a federated alliance of banks. He oversees platform strategy, roadmap, and governance, and leads a team of eight developers to deliver a scalable, self-service data ingestion, transformation, and consumption experience built on Snowflake, Databricks, and dbt Cloud. Arv holds an M.Sc in Geophysics and previously worked in a petroleum geophysics software start-up and five years at Cognite, delivering data platform and data engineering projects for energy and manufacturing companies in Europe and the Middle East.
