Co-founder and CEO - Data Diligence

Chelsea is the co-founder and CEO of DataDiligence, a specialist consultancy transforming the private equity sector with data and AI advisory services. From data and AI due diligence to strategy and execution, DataDiligence delivers diagnostics, insights, and leadership to amplify data's business impact and maximise its value.

With over 25 years’ experience as a senior executive and advisor in private equity, M&A, professional services, and consulting, Chelsea has a proven international track record. She excels in leading teams through crisis, growth, succession and large-scale M&A.

Before founding DataDiligence, Chelsea was the Head of Corporate Relations at Ethos, a leading African alternative asset manager, for 18 years. She then established her own UK-based boutique consultancy, Atholhurst, further showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and industry expertise.

A dual national, Chelsea has split her career and education across South Africa and the United Kingdom, bringing a unique global perspective to her leadership roles.
