Scott Manchester is the Vice President of Program Management for Windows Cloud Experience at Microsoft. A 24-year veteran, he has led the development of Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Remote Desktop Service, Second Screen Remoting, Multimedia, and Networking technologies, and holds 25 patents in remoting, networking, and media. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and an Executive MBA from the Carson School of Business at Washington State University.
