Helen Mannion is the founder of Prospore Leadership, where she designs and delivers learning experiences & training programmes that help organisations unlock the value of Data & AI through stronger leadership and culture. Her work focuses on building the skills, confidence, and mindsets leaders need to guide their organisations through AI-driven change.

Before launching Prospore Leadership, Helen held executive roles leading global data transformation at brands including Specsavers, O2, giffgaff, and RAC. She built award-winning teams and delivered measurable impact - from boosting profitability and sales to cutting churn and improving decision-making.

Recognised in the DataIQ Top 100 for eight consecutive years, including several times in the top 10, Helen has advised boards and executive teams on how to align data and AI strategies with business priorities.

Today, her focus is on making leadership and AI practical and accessible - helping organisations achieve results while supporting leaders and teams to grow in ways that feel real, relevant, and lasting.
