I have worked in DIO for 25 years and have been in the Geospatial and Analytics team since 2016. During this time, I developed the team from 10 to 40 people, growing our capabilities in advanced geospatial and analysis techniques, including AI and machine learning. I led DIO’s geospatial and analytical capability in delivering sustainability and asset management decision support tools for evidence-based decisions on future investment and estate optimization. In my personal and professional life, I am a disability advocate, supporting charities and DIO's Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
