Co-Founder Fathom

Dr. Andrew Smith leads Microsoft’s global Partner Program assets, anchored on the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program (MAICPP), and oversees strategy and execution for Services, Software Development, and Channel partners, as well as Partner Skilling and Co-Sell benefits. He also manages Channel partner authorizations and Microsoft’s Partner Sales enablement. With 25 years at Microsoft across Enterprise Sales, Enterprise Services, Public Sector, and Marketing & Operations, he has held global leadership for sales strategy and execution across Corporate Sales, SMB, Device Sales, and IoT, and previously led engineering and policy roles within the UK Government. He earned a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of York, is a Chartered Engineer, and is a keen pianist.
