Justine Boyce is an experienced finance systems and transformation leader with a career spanning nearly two decades at QBE Insurance. She currently serves as Head of Global Finance Systems, where she is accountable for the Finance and Actuarial IT estate — supporting both operational integrity and transformation delivery across QBE’s European and North American divisions. Since joining QBE in 2006, Justine has built a reputation for bridging the gap between Finance, Actuarial, and IT. Her expertise spans system implementation, data alignment, operating model design, and stakeholder engagement across multiple functions and geographies. She played a leading role in implementing the core finance platform, delivering change at scale while ensuring minimal disruption to business users. Prior to her current role, Justine held various leadership positions across finance systems and transformation, including as Process and Functional Lead for the Global Finance Transformation Programme and Financial Systems Manager for Europe. Her work has ranged from offshoring operations and leading ERP rollouts, to driving simplification in planning and reporting processes. A qualified FCCA accountant and ACCA prize winner, Justine combines deep technical understanding with strategic insight and a strong people-first mindset. She is known for her ability to simplify complexity, enable cross-functional collaboration, and deliver improvements that are both technically sound and practically embedded. Outside of work, Justine enjoys life in Hampshire with her husband and two children. Her ideal day includes a good run, great food (cooked by someone else), and planning the next family getaway.
