Elisa currently leads the Learning Lab in Microsoft Worldwide Learning. The Learning Lab is pioneering education for the AI-powered workforce through its delivery of AI, Copilot, Cloud and Security learning and credential experiences that help people and organizations around the world maximize their potential. The Learning Lab is also focused on using AI to transform learning and content authorship within the industry. Throughout her 20-year Microsoft career, Elisa has led a number of content development and product management teams focused on helping people adopt and use Microsoft technologies. She earned her MBA from The Wharton School and her BA from the University of Notre Dame. She's passionate about helping people improve the way they get work done using Microsoft technology and about helping people advance their careers.
