Susan has been with Manulife for 6 years where she had various leadership roles. As Head of Tech Strategy and Digital Technology for the Wealth and Asset Management Business unit, she oversees the Public Websites for the business. She also leads the Gen. A.I. development of multiple use cases, automating processes in Operations and Sales. Susan started her career as a Software Engineer and prior to Manulife she has led Engineering teams in various Software Companies. Susan holds a Batchelor degree in Computer science from St. John's University and an MBA from University of Massachusetts. She believes in the power of technology to change lives and generate superior results for shareholders.
