With over two decades of experience driving innovation in information discovery and employee productivity, she currently leads Microsoft 365 Copilot Search at Microsoft, redefining how people find and act on knowledge across work silos. Previously, Soujanya led Bing@Work, one of Microsoft’s most successful enterprise search experiences, and served as an IT administrator focused on employee productivity transformation. Her career spans industries including Retail and Healthcare, where she built solutions to streamline workflows and improve outcomes. At the heart of her work is a commitment to designing AI solutions that simplify complexity and enable people to focus on what matters most.
