Nicole is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in the technology sector. She currently leads Microsoft 365 & Copilot product marketing, accountable for driving business growth and product direction for Office apps, Microsoft Teams, and the generative AI assistant, Copilot. Nicole has also held key leadership roles on Microsoft Azure, Visual Studio, SharePoint, and Project. Her extensive tenure at Microsoft spans responsibilities in product management, product marketing, and sales, with experience in both global and European markets.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Nicole worked at a startup specializing in customer relationship management SaaS. She began her career as a strategy and technology consultant at Arthur Andersen. Nicole holds an MBA at the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and two teenage daughters, travelling, and long-distance running.
