Title & Speakers Event

Join us on Wednesday 26th June from 2pm - 5.30pm for food, drinks and of course, data talk at The Bierkeller Manchester! We’ve got a jam-packed agenda where you’ll hear from our local engineers and brilliant customers.

You’ll find out what’s new from New Relic including Mobile User Journeys, Session Replay, AI Monitoring and New Relic AI. We’ll also give you a sneak peak of our upcoming limited previews, as well as our roadmap vision for what we’re coining the third phase of observability, Observability 3.0.

We’ll then dig into a series of lightning talks on:

  • Sidekick: Use Sidekick to easily create synthetics scripts without needing to know how to write code and help speed up your migration to the new Synthetics runtime.
  • CodeStream: Use NRQL files to store and run queries from within your IDE, you can also view logs and other key observability data within the IDE.
  • Cookies: Customise synthetics scripts to allow you to use custom cookies in order to pre-authenticate into your services and ensure the remainder of your scripts follow the path you expect based on the cookie headers included.
  • Custom Visualisations: Do you need to plot data on a geographic map to see how your locations are performing? Maybe you need a scatter plot. Custom visualisations can help you to view your data in the most meaningful way.
  • NRQL Corner: Learn about toDatetime & toTimestamp functions to set and convert custom timestamps into a more flexible format for your queries and dashboards.

To round out the afternoon, we’ll throw it back to 2013 with our version of the arcade classic, ”Flappy-Birds”. Powered by New Relic browser, APM, and logs, you’ll compete on your mobile and we’ll show a live leaderboard of the results.

There will be prizes for the top scores, along with food and drinks for all.

Register here to secure your spot.

Don’t forget to bring your laptop and we look forward to seeing you there!
