Mark Iles is chief analyst covering APAC channels and a board-level executive with 35 years in software and IT across the UK, Europe, and Asia. His work focuses on helping established and emerging technology and service providers in the region adapt to the changing landscape to drive transformation and growth. He joined Omdia in 2025 after the acquisition of Tech Research Asia, where he was principal analyst and co-owner; prior to TRA, he spent 25 years in senior roles at Microsoft, Vodafone, and Juniper Networks, and served as CEO of a business software company.
