Lenovo

Dr. Peng Geng is the Director of Digital Transformation for Lenovo Global Services, based in Morrisville, NC. Since joining Lenovo in 2008, Dr. Geng has led several transformative initiatives, including the Lenovo-Motorola acquisition and system migration, the global deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365, and the company’s AI-driven service transformation. Under his leadership, Lenovo has earned recognition such as the CIO 100 Award and the Ram Charan Management Practice Award. Dr. Geng holds a bachelor’s degree from Tsinghua University and a Ph.D. from North Carolina State University. He is passionate about applying AI to solve real-world service challenges and driving innovation across customer experience and enterprise platforms.
