Hannah is the Head of Data Strategy at Admiral Insurance and founded their Data & AI Academy. Hannah has worked in numerous data roles over the last 13 years, ranging from analyst to academic. The Data Culture and Excellence Team at Admiral covers a huge breadth, from attracting and retaining great Data talent, to building an engaging and active Data community through to providing training and development opportunities not just for data roles but also those in other business areas. Hannah also works hard to solve the challenge of bringing Data and AI skills to everyone, and advocates for the benefits this can have for the modern workforce and Data driven businesses. Passionate to improve things for others; Hannah works closely with Women in Data® to support and inspire females into Data and Tech industries and also leads the Admiral Gender Equality working group for women in Data and Tech. Hannah is an alumna of Women in Data®’s Twenty in Data and Tech, Series 6, for her contributions to improving Data Culture and Data Literacy.
