Ken Pan leads a global team of software engineers and product managers building the future of Windows in the Cloud, including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Mixed Reality Link and MDEP. Prior to his current role, Ken was a Distinguished Engineer leading engineering for Microsoft Intune and previously worked on System Center Configuration Manager. Ken started at Microsoft as a software development intern and continued as a software design engineer after college. In his 30+ years at Microsoft, Ken has written over one million lines of code as a developer, helped build three multi-billion-dollar enterprise software businesses as an engineering leader, built multiple highly capable teams with diverse talent and inclusive team culture, and acted as a career and technical mentor to many.
