Having spent years in a field where creativity, collaboration, and adaptability are essential, I recognized striking parallels with Agile values and principles. For more than eight years, I have been working as an Agile Team Coach, taking an agnostic approach that adapts to context rather than rigid frameworks. Throughout my career, I have supported diverse teams and organizations, consistently observing a recurring challenge: product/business and technology often remain disconnected. My work focuses on bridging this gap — coaching Product Owners, teams, and stakeholders to collaborate more effectively. I rely on practices such as Story Mapping, Event Storming, and Value Stream Mapping to foster shared understanding and alignment.
