Partner - Growth Capital Partners

Richard is a Partner at GCP and leads the firm's investment activity in the Technology sector. He has been with GCP for 12 years’ now and is really proud of our fantastic team and our genuine partnership approach to investing. Richard currently works with the teams at Plenitude Consulting, Bridewell, and Indigo where he is privileged to be able to support the exciting growth plans of the fantastic entrepreneurs that GCP has partnered with. Other recent investments have included Cubelogic, Infinity Works, Arrow and Flydocs where GCP helped with a range of strategic initiatives including accelerated scaling and organic growth, talent development and board evolution, international expansion and buy and build. Richard has spent the last 20 years working with growth companies across the UK through advisory, M&A, and investor roles. He is passionate about business growth and technology and so outside of the day job is also involved in mentoring several tech start-ups. He combines all of this with a busy family life where he is married with 3 children, he manages his daughters football team and tries to get out cycling and snowboarding whenever he get the chance.
