Bear Shelton is the Senior Manager of Learning Services at Lucid Software, where he leads the company’s learning program. He helps enterprise users solve complex challenges by visually mapping their technical processes, system architectures, and strategic plans. Since joining Lucid in 2017, Bear has built a scalable education program that drives adoption, engagement, and business impact for users. With deep expertise in instructional design and learning strategy, he is passionate about making complex concepts simple and actionable, while also keeping learning fun and engaging. Outside of work, you’ll find Bear playing disc golf, perfecting his barbecue skills, making music, or chasing after his two young kids.
