Ashley Kramer is the Chief Revenue Officer at OpenAI, overseeing global go-to-market efforts to help organizations responsibly adopt artificial intelligence. Her background spans sales, marketing, product, and technology, enabling a cross-functional approach to building customer relationships and scaling organizations. Prior to OpenAI, she was Chief Revenue, Strategy, and Marketing Officer at GitLab and also served as GitLab's Chief Technology Officer, with leadership roles at Alteryx, Tableau, and Amazon. She serves on the board of dbt Labs, is a limited partner in several venture funds, and actively invests in early-stage startups.
