Cali heads up the Data Culture & Capability team in AXA UK&I driving forward a data-driven culture through an environment of learning and development. Cali’s focus is on unlocking the value of data through AXA’s people; equipping data talent with industry-leading expertise and empowering the wider organisation with strong data literacy to self-serve driving informed business decisions and enhanced customer outcomes. Cali is known for launching inclusive data culture initiatives such as the UK&I Data & AI Academy and flagship Data & AI Discovery Week. She is also driving forward the Women in Data agenda within AXA launching a female mentoring programme pilot later this year.
