Now in his 19th year at Microsoft, Jeff Kizner is a Partner Director of Product Management in Microsoft 365, responsible for service design and features for large, enterprise, and regulated markets customers to ensure that Microsoft delivers a world-class service for its largest and most specialized customers.

Jeff is the Head of Product for Exchange Server and Skype for Business Server. He also has engineering responsibility for Exchange Hybrid, tenant to tenant migrations (M&A), multi-tenant organizations, and encryption and data sovereignty features.

Jeff spent his first five years with Microsoft in the Washington DC area as part of the Microsoft Consulting Services division performing Exchange architecture, design, deployment, and migration projects for many federal civilian and Department of Defense customers.

Jeff has also worked with financial services, manufacturing, retail, and hosting customers. He has spent the bulk of his professional career working through unique requirements and complex designs requirements for the largest enterprise customers in the world.
