Ralph Haupter is President and Chief Revenue Officer for Small, Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C) at Microsoft, leading a global team of 61,000 and partnering with Microsoft’s worldwide ecosystem to empower SMEs. Representing 90% of all companies worldwide and half of global employment and GDP, SMEs are central to Ralph’s mission of helping businesses harness cloud and generative AI to fuel growth and innovation. With over 25 years of experience, Ralph has held leadership roles across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, including President of Microsoft EMEA, President of Microsoft Asia, and CEO of Microsoft Germany. He is based in Germany with his wife and two sons, and enjoys sailing, skiing, running, and cycling.
